How Cashless Admission Works
Follow these simple steps to utilise your health insurance for cashless treatment at MMOH.
Verify Empanelment
Check if your insurer is on our approved list. Contact us to confirm.
Inform at Admission
Tell our reception desk that you have cashless insurance at the time of admission.
Submit Documents
Submit insurance card, policy number, photo ID, and doctor referral if required.
Pre-authorisation
Our TPA desk sends a cashless pre-authorisation request to your insurer on your behalf.
Approval & Admission
On approval, you proceed with treatment without upfront payment for covered expenses.
Discharge & Closure
At discharge, the insurer directly settles the bill. Any non-covered items are paid by you.
